Every STL Dog Works client completes an updated Annual Client Packet at the start of each year. This ensures we have accurate health, behavior, and training information for your dog and allows us to maintain a safe, structured, and elite training environment.
This packet takes about 10 minutes.

What You’ll Need
Before completing your Annual Client Packet, please have the following information ready.
- Current vaccination records (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella)
- Updated contact information
- Any new medical information or medications
- Behavior updates or recent changes
- Training preferences or adjustments
- Time to review and sign your yearly agreement
